How to Start a Return

- You will receive a prepaid return label. Print and affix it to your package.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Send the opened or unopened product back to the address below within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds
- Your return must arrive at the fulfillment facility within 30 days of receipt.
- Once received and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made using a credit or debit card. Payment is deducted upon order confirmation, and you will not be charged an amount exceeding what you approved at checkout.
- You are entitled to a 30-day refund policy (standard policy is 14 days). This period begins from the date you receive your order. You may return a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
